This alpha-meditation is dedicated to the self-awareness and self-help guidance. The alpha state is one of the most effective and safest ways to eliminate and reprogram any destructive subconscious patterns. Here is what awaits you during this session
- Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can spend about 5 minutes. Sit comfortably, close your eyes. Take a few deep, even breaths. Keep breathing slowly and deeply. Then start relaxing deeper while listening to the count from 10 to 1. Allowing the Alpha waves to synchronize and balance the both hemispheres of your brain.
- Having reached the number 1, mentally tell yourself: “Every time,when I relax this way, I enter the alpha state deeper and faster. ” and follow the meditation guidance
- When working with the self-awareness part, pay attention to what comes first to your mind as it will be the right answer.
- You will end the exercise with counting from 1 to 5. At the count 3 and say to yourself: “When I open my eyes to count 5, I will be completely awake and will feel great. “
- When your hear count 5, open your eyes and say to yourself: “I am completely awake and I feel great. ”
