Subconscious Mind

Repetition is the action of repeating something that has already been said or written.

Whenever we perform an action, the neurons involved in that action start firing electrical signals, or action potentials, and form an active network of cells. One effect of repeatedly practicing the action will lead to faster and more efficient processing of the cell signals — and better performance.

Our brains are made up of neurons, which are specialized cells that talk with each other using electrical signals called action potentials. It all comes down to the way cells in our brain communicate, and the physical changes that they undergo when they communicate repeatedly as we practice the same action over and over.

You have probably heard the expression “practice makes perfect”, and it’s true that our performance gets better when we practice doing the same things over and over.

The Subconcious Mind makes up 88% of your brain’s capacity.

• The Subconscious Mind is unable to reason, therefore is unable to reject anything that it is told by you the ‘conscious mind’ in essence – so be careful what you think!

• The Subconscious Mind has a perfect memory which means we only need search and have faith in its ability and we’ll recall information easily. Repetition creates manifestations. The key is focus and discipline when applying it.

THE PROCESSING POWER OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND:

Astronomers Estimate 100 Billion Habitable Earth-Like Planets In The Milky Way, 50 Sextillion In The Universe. To Illustrate the difference in processing power of the Conscious and subconscious mind, the Conscious mind would be comparable to 100 Billion Habitable Earth- Like planets in the milky way which is our own Galaxy. The subconscious mind is 50 sextillion in the Universe.

The power of your subconscious mind goes even further than this.

your subconscious mind is like a huge memory bank. Its capacity is virtually unlimited and it permanently stores everything that ever happens to you.

Your conscious mind commands and your subconscious mind obeys.Your subconscious mind is subjective. It does not think or reason independently; it merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind.

The subconscious mind is the part of your mind responsible for all of your involuntary actions.

Your breathing rate and heart beats are controlled by your subconscious mind. All your habits of thinking and acting are stored in your subconscious mind. It has memorized all your comfort zones and it works to keep you in them.

the real heavyweight processing, including both provision and execution of decisions, is all subconscious and conscious thought is fairly indirect in its relation to the world. This also explains why conscious freewill is largely illusory.

the subconscious mind processes about 400 billion bits of information per second and the impulses travel at a speed of up to 100,000 mph! Compare this to your conscious mind, which processes only about 2,000 bits of information per second and its impulses travel only at 100-150 mph.

We have 50 trillion cells in our body performing trillions of processes – so an enormous processing power is required.

Its a super-computer.. Its difficult to assess its power and potential, as it is beyond the scope of the conscious mind.

Under hypnosis, the subconscious mind can be programmed to heal addictions, cure psychological ailments, remove hidden fear, build confidence.

Subconscious mind can be programmed to absorb information, tune memory, improve learning skills.

Subconscious Mind can be programmed to track a person or a situation that may be at an unknown distance.

Most of us have been taught to let our brain run the show (and that’s the opposite of what’s true) we actually need to harness our brain and specifically direct it so that it works FOR us instead of against us.

Your positive action combined with positive thinking results in success.

Don`t start your day with the broken pieces of yesterday.

Every day is a fresh start.

Each day is a new beginning.

Every morning we wake up is the first day of our new life.
