Sometimes, life gets tough.
There will be moments that you may want to quit, and the only option would be a miracle. Do you remember such situations now? Most of people would do so.
If you experiencing this tough moments now, just keep believing in yourself… And the miracle will magically appear out of thin air.

You have to understand and accept the most unbelievable idea that you’ve ever heard about Reality.
The hardest thing for you to do will be to accept this truth about Reality.
“The world is not real.”

Everything you see around you is just an illusion. In psychology they call it projection of your own mind perception of the reality. Once you can wrap your head around that idea then you’ll suddenly be able to get anything you want/desire out of life. All you need is just change your mind perception of the reality you desire.

It’s impossible to worry about yesterday or tomorrow when you’re living in the present. Commit to becoming more aware of the here and now. Just like any other skill, mindfulness takes practice, but over time, it can decrease overthinking.

Awareness is the first step in putting an end to overthinking. Start paying attention to the way you think. When you notice you’re re-playing events in your mind over and over, or worrying about things you can’t control, acknowledge that your thoughts aren’t productive.

Overthinking mostly is caused by lack of self confidence. One’s judgments get cloudy, one tend to see more of the negative, which makes one think more. One needs to break this vicious circle.

Be constantly aware of yourself and the environment. This can make it clear to yourself, what is expected of you, and what isn’t. Concentrate there.

Perfection is a myth.Aiming for perfection is unrealistic and impractical. Never wait for things to be perfect. Start with what you have, where you are. Accept that situations are not in your control, but your response to them is.

Most common reason of overthinking is fear – fear of failure, fear of being embarrassed, fear of ridicule. Try to identify what is the reason of your overthinking. If it is past failure, it does not mean you cannot succeed next time. If you have been embarrassed or ridiculed before, it is not necessary you will have the same outcome again.

First of all get rid of all your mental fears.Be aware about your thoughts. Any time you find yourself doubting or feeling stressed or anxious, step back and look at the situation and how you’re responding. It is this exact moment when you need to change your response.

Don’t think of what can go wrong, but what can go right. When you focus on all the negative things that might happen, it’s easy to become paralyzed. Positive visualization is an asset. Visualize all the things that can go right and keep those thoughts present and up front.

Overthinking causes, your judgment to get cloudy and stress gets elevated. You spend too much time in the negative. It is very important to stay in the present. Here and Now. No one can predict future because the future is not here NOW.There is no limit to human imagination and that creates worries, concerns of things which have not yet happened. All because of “Over thinking”.

Attachment to outcomes n thoughts.
Desires and need of approval from others.
Judgemental attitude.
Misuse of energies n wisdom.
Repeated mistakes n supporting evil-some behaviors
The anxious brain is hyper-vigilant, always on the lookout for anything it perceives to be dangerous or worrisome.

You are special.

You are divine beyond words.

UNMASKING THE EGO:

The Ego: Self-Focused. The mind causes you to react quickly—sometimes doing or saying things without thinking.

Learning to understand the ego is one of the most powerful ways you can learn more about yourself and gain a greater understanding of others. Our ego is our perception of ourselves and how we are seen by others.Everyone has an ego.

One of the most deceptive aspects of the ego is that it generates powerful emotional reactions, and then blames us for how it made us feel. The anger we react with comes from ego based beliefs of being right and “knowing better’ than someone else.

Perhaps there is also a victim interpretation of betrayal or injustice underneath. After we overreact with anger we might feel badly for what we expressed. The ego shifts to a “righteous self” that “knows better” and berates us for overreacting with anger. At the same time, it assumes the identity of being the “stupid idiot” that didn’t know any better and takes the blame for overreacting.

The easiet way to spot the ego is by the trail of emotional reactions it leaves behind: Anger at a loved one, a need to be right, a feeling of insecurityin certain situations, feelings of jealousy that are unexplained, the need to impress someone, and so on.

These emotions can be attributed to the false beliefs that comprise the ego. In the beginning it is easier to see the symptoms of resulting emotions The ego is an identity of our own construction, an identity which is false. If we take all the beliefs of what we are – beliefs about our personality, talents, and abilities – we have the structure of our ego.

The “Ego” is the part in you that judges everything in a negative manner; it gets offended, it feels jealousy, lack, anxiety, shame and other negative feelings based in fear.
The “Ego” is grounded in fear and hence anything that it thinks comes from a place of fear.


Freedom from the “Ego” is only possible when you start recognizing that you are not the “Ego”. As long as you identify with the “Ego” you will never want to let it go, and hence it will keep on resonating in you. The “Ego” is responsible for the creation of negative realities in your life.If you start believing in this “negative” consciousness, you feed more consciousness into it, and thus make it gain more power.Don’t take negative thoughts personal, because they are not being thought by who you really are.The energy, or the consciousness, in you that thinks negative thoughts is the “Ego”.

Whenever this energy is active, it stands out in your space. Who you are is pure positive higher self energy, so the “Ego”, when it’s active, will always stand out as a negative consciousnessThis energy cannot sustain itself if “you” stop fueling it with your attention.

The reason it’s challenging to overcome the EGO,is because we take ourselves to be the negative ego and so its thoughts feels like our own thoughts or a psychological suicide – it’s literally a death of a certain personality in us, a certain identity that we took to be who we are.

The part in you that always finds a way to be unhappy is the negative ego, period.
The negative ego can’t be happy for long even though it does promise you that it will be happy if only it has “——-” (fill in the blanks).

The EGO despises the present moment and attempts to use it as a means to an end.The negative ego clings to the desire produced in the moment, and uses it as a means to feel even more unhappy by stating that “I don’t have this, and I won’t be happy until I have this”. So the desire by itself is not the issue, the issue is that the negative ego clings to it and makes it into a new reason for being unhappy.

In fact, it also starts feeling negative about the desire, it starts doubting the desire and uses it as a means to proclaim unworthiness,self-pity, blame, resentment, anxiety and anger.The behavior is the same in all the minds.

The negative ego is fueled by your identification, your attention, your interest, your belief and your servility towards it. Without your identification, it can’t sustain itself because it’s just a “thought force”.

Stay Positive and Achieve All Your Goals. The Law of Attraction begins in your HEAD.
Get your thoughts in order, and you’ll automatically begin manifesting the greatest possible.

INTRODUCING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND:

The power of your subconscious mind goes further than you might think. Your subconscious mind is subjective. It does not think or reason independently; it merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind.

Your conscious mind commands and your subconscious mind obeys. Your subconscious mind is an unquestioning servant that works day and night to make your behavior fits a pattern consistent with your emotionalized thoughts, hopes, and desires.the mind is divided into two main aspects – the conscious and the subconscious mind.

The conscious mind is made up of our surface thoughts, wishes, desires and aspirations. The subconscious mind is the realm of our automatic and habitual thought patterns and beliefs – the stuff we do when we don’t even know we’re doing it,Because of how much time we spend thinking about something other than the moment we are in.Science suggests we are running our default programs about 95% of our waking life. And while some of these programs are positive, empowered and helpful, psychologists believe that majority of the default programs most people run are dis empowering, self-sabotaging and limiting.

Here’s an interesting fact: the subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s vividly imagined and what’s real.

Reprogramming our subconscious towards positive change is to practice new thoughts and actions, with feeling, and to repeat this throughout the day as though you are learning a new skill or building a new muscle. This must be felt and experienced. This can be difficult if we are experiencing great contrast to the thing we want/desire.

Repetition works if we can harness the ability to bring ourselves into a feeling space connected to the end result of what we really want. “Motion creates emotion”, and weaving movement and feeling together is one of the best ways to build the energy of a vision.

The Connection between Your Subconscious Mind and Your Dreams.

When you fall asleep, it is your conscious mind that is sleeping. However, your subconscious mind will never fall asleep. … And that simply means that it is your unconscious mind that is solely responsible for your dreams.

The subconscious mind is a like a big memory bank that stores your beliefs, memories and life experiences. This information that is stored in your subconscious mind always affects your behaviour and actions in different situations.

One of the very interesting facts about the way the subconscious mind works is that it won’t only affect your behaviour but it will also affect your perception of events. If in the previous case you saw two people smiling while looking at you then you might believe that they were making fun of you.

The subconscious mind plays a very important role in affecting your behaviour, shaping your personality and your entire life. Many people don’t have an idea how the subconscious mind works or what mechanisms govern its operation.

In order to understand how the subconscious mind works you should consider it the part of your mind that contains information that you are not consciously aware of.

For example, the main reason you fear public speaking might be an unconscious belief that you are unattractive and that people won’t like your looks. While you won’t be aware of that belief while talking in front of the public still it will affect your performance to a great extent.

The subconscious mind can only accept a new belief if it doesn’t contradict with an already existing belief. This means that you can’t convince yourself that you are confident if you had only one belief that states otherwise.

Your subconscious mind follows a rule called “you get what you focus on”. Because you had a false belief about yourself you found a proof for it even though it wasn’t real.

Did you know being in sync with the universe is fundamental to our sense of wellness? We are part of this universe and synchronicity will help us shape our goals and dreams.
Instead of shaking down the universe and try to demand results from it we can discover how to be in sync with it so that we can pursue our personal goals and desires with laser-like focus and condition ourselves for success!

To shift your life in a desired direction, you must powerfully shift your subconscious. Your mind, when given the proper suggestion, will eventually manifest… SUCCESS from failure, HEALTH from disease, PROSPERITY from poverty, FRIENDSHIP from isolation, LOVE from loneliness.

They’d written about the relationship between one’s thoughts/beliefs and the outcomes desired in texts such as Confucius’ The Great Learning… And Lao Tzu’s Tao Te Ching. What ever that you asked for, believe that you have received it. And it will be yours =) This is the power of what you can do if you overcome your limiting beliefs, and function at your full potential. Nothing can stop you. Not even incredible odds working against you. Odd which would force most others to give up.

This is what happens when you consciously operate at your full power, with maximum focus… to attract a life of abundance, and prosperity. Let’s first take a moment to consider the fact that your subconscious mind is like a huge memory bank. Its capacity is virtually unlimited and it permanently stores everything that ever happens to you.

By the time you reach the age of 21, you’ve already permanently stored more than one hundred times the contents of the entire Encyclopedia Britannica.Under hypnosis, older people can often remember, with perfect clarity, events from fifty years before. Your unconscious memory is virtually perfect. It is your conscious recall that is suspect.

Subconscious – defines all reactions and automatic actions we can become aware of if we think about them. For example, our ability to drive a car: once we get skilled we stop thinking which gears to use, which pedals to press, or which mirror to look at, yet can always become aware of what was done once we think about it.

Most likely, firsts attempts to synchronize a new set of complex actions are always difficult. Once we become more skilled, these movements start to require less conscious awareness until everything begins to flow naturally.

All these automatic movements are guided by one of the most powerful inner forces which drives human behavior – the subconscious mind. Your belief system is the invisible force behind ALL of your behavior.

It’s the strongest force that affects any decision you make and how you react to the things that happen in your life.If you want to change anything at all about your life, the first step is changing your belief system.

Keep going!

Keep going… No matter how stuck you feel. No matter how bad things are right now. No matter how many days you’ve spent crying. No matter how hopeless and depressed you feel. No matter how many days you’ve spent wishing things were different. I promise you won’t feel this way forever.

Your mind is playing the tricks to make you feel that things are bad, hopeless and depressing for you. Don’t ever give up. One of the things that changed my life was understanding that I could not create what I desired from a space of lack, or limitation. I would pay attention every time I felt bad because when we feel bad we are in lack. The Law of Sufficiency and Abundance is all about being in a state of peace.

Celebrating the successes you do have. And building more to be grateful for. The conscious mind involves all of the things that you are currently aware of and thinking about. It is somewhat akin to short-term memory and is limited in terms of capacity.

Your awareness of yourself and the world around you are part of your consciousness. The subconscious mind can process 20 000 000 bits of info per second. The conscious mind can only process 40 bits of info/sec. So the subconscious mind can process 500 000 times more what the conscious mind is able to.

The preconscious mind, also known as the subconscious mind, includes things that we might not be presently aware of but that we can pull into conscious awareness when needed. You might not presently be thinking about how to do long division, but you can access the information and bring it into conscious awareness when you are faced with a math problem. It’s 1:11, 2:22 or 8:88 again? Do you find yourself catching Repeating “Vibrational number” patterns like 1:11, 2:22 or 8:88 (a symbol of abundance) flash on your clock…

SUPER-SELF

SUPERCONSCIOUS AWARENESS:

Whatever limitations you are experiencing are strictly due to the limiting beliefs you hold in your subconscious mind. The way to overcome them is by aligning your conscious and subconscious minds with the super conscious mind.
spiritual literature often referred to this as surrendering to God/Universe, it is just another way of saying “allowing” or “opening” yourself up to the flow of boundless resources, knowledge and power which are available to you.

Meditation is any practice of which the goal is super-consciousness. It’s the process of retraining our awareness to operate not from the conscious or subconscious level, but from the superconscious.
Morphogenetic field is in its basic essence the non-physical blueprint that gives birth to forms. It is an equivalent to an electromagnetic field that carries information only, not energy, and are available throughout time and space without any loss of intensity after they have been created.

Quantum Physics

Quantum physics is a fundamental theory in physics which describes nature at the smallest scales of energy levels of atoms and subatomic particles. The word quantum derives from the Latin meaning “how great” or “how much”. In quantum physics, it refers to a discrete unit assigned to certain physical quantities such as energy of an atom at rest.

The discovery that particles are discrete packets of energy with wave-like properties led to the branch of physics dealing with atomic and subatomic systems which is today called quantum mechanics.

It underlies the mathematical framework of many fields of physics and chemistry. Some fundamental aspects of the theory are still actively studied.

Quantum physics is essential to understanding the behavior of systems at atomic length scales and smaller; initially being developed to provide a better explanation and description of the atom, especially the differences in the spectra of light emitted by different isotopes of the same chemical element, as well as subatomic particles.
