Mark: Yes but it depends on the amount of resistance you release.Resistance prolongs our manifestations. Less resistance faster manifestation.

Mark: Through meditation and learning to slow down and pay attention to what’s happening in the present moment. Once in a relaxed and meditative state,clearly state your intentions out aloud.
Q: How to manifest in a short amount of time?
Mark: Less resistance, quicker manifestation. Resistance is the key here.reducing thoughts and feelings of fear, doubt,worry, anxiety, anxiousness will release resistance hence leading to speeding time to manifest.
Q: Can visualization, meditation and affirmation be a new habit and change the blueprint of the subconscious mind?
Mark: Yes indeed. The brain recognizes patterns hence patterns create new neural pathways which leads to new habits and actions through the subconscious mind.
Q: How can I stay positive in a negative environment?
Mark: By learning to practice gratitude and focusing only on your positive intentions and thoughts.keep your attention and thought on the things that create joy and happiness in your life.Do not put your attention on the opposite which would mean negative environments.
Q: How do I know that my subconscious mind is changed and accepts the new beliefs?
Mark: From the way you feel, the obtain new empowering actions and habits. Feelings of confidence, self worth, positive outlook on life are all clues that your subconscious mind is accepting the new program.
Q: I try to visualize end results prior to sleep, but my mind wanders away even before i start. What can be done?
Mark: You can visualize anytime during the day,not necessarily before sleeping. Practice meditating frequently, this will get your mind to a state discipline and calmness hence allowing you to focus without wondering thoughts.
Q: When is the right time to focus, meditate and when is the right timing to let go and detach from the outcomes?
Mark: There is no specific or right time.You practice these as a way of life.Incorporate them in your life through discipline and repetition hence the time will always be right.You detach when you stop attempting to control and figure out the outcome, only then you let go👍
Q: How can I manifest my desires more precise?
Mark: Practice increasing your vibration through meditation, laughter, plenty of sleep, balanced diet and exercise. Your vibration will be elevated thus increasing your attracting factor.
Q: What to do when I see everywhere the synchronicity, the repeated number sequences?
Mark: Ask for guidance. Speak out loud asking the universe for guidance, direction and interpretation of these messages. Always show gratitude when SYNCHRONICITIES pop up. You can also do the decoding numbers meditation to train your mind understand the messages: Synchronicities and Meditation
Q: I have heard it said when attracting a mate one should vibrate higher and the mate will appear. How?
Mark: Higher vibrations connect us to our true selves hence allowing no resistance. The release of resistance open the avenues to attract the perfect mate for you.
Q: I have seen so many signs and synchronicities, when i know it is time to act?
Mark: When you get a nudge, goosebumps, chills, sudden rush of excitement and confidence. Seeing the same numbers at least three times is also a good indication to act.
Q: Sometimes I let go of my intention and forget what it was that I asked for. Does this mean I won’t get it?
Mark: You’ve detached from the outcome. It is on the way to you even if you forget about it sometimes. Giving up or not wanting that desire anymore pushes it away. As long as the overall desire is still in the heart, you’ll always attract it even if you forgot about it from time to time. The forgetting exemplifies “Detachment from the outcome”.

Mark: By keeping your vibrations high. Focus on abundance and Gratitude. This creates the perfect environment for manifestations.
Q: How to tell what regular dreams mean, I have lucid dreams often?
Mark: You can meditate and ask your higher-self for dream meanings. The meaning to your dream may even appear in another dream,clear and concise.
Q: I want to manifest 70,000. Which should be my main focus when visualizing?
Mark: Main focus should build the belief that it’s possible for you to manifest large sums of money.Focus visualizing on how different your life would be after the manifestation.
Q: Thoughts on constantly seeing synchronicities?
Mark: A great sign that you’re awaken to the universal language code. Be happy because you’re on your way to manifest what you want.
Q: Is it normal to feel like there is nothing more I can do?
Mark: Yes quite Normal.Sometimes we get to a point where we feel powerless, this happens because we let go and give it over to the universe. Only the subconscious can figure it out,not the conscious. Letting go gives the power to the subconscious.

Mark: Absolutely. Subliminals target affirmations or positive languages to the unconscious/subconscious. The subconscious eventually accepts the new programming with continued repetition.

Mark: Listening to sabliminals will rewire your subconscious mind to change your diet accordingly without your conscious efforts however it’s still necessary to eat healthy.
